Terms of Service

Reel Drop is made by Freaking Amazing Marketing, LLC ("we", "us"), based in McKinney, Texas. By creating an account or using Reel Drop at reeldrop.co, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You sign in with Google or with a code we email you. Keep access to that email address safe, because anyone who can read it can sign in as you. One account is for one person.

Plans

• Free. You can record, edit and save videos for free. Videos saved on the free plan include a small "Made with Reel Drop" mark.
• Monthly, $5 a month. Removes the mark and unlocks the full daily allowance for voice captions. It renews every month until you cancel. Cancel any time from Manage billing in the app. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
• Founding Lifetime, $25 once. Everything in Monthly, for life, including all future updates, for as long as we run Reel Drop. It is offered to our first founding members only and may end at any time.

Prices are in US dollars. Payments are handled by Stripe. We may change prices for new purchases, but a price change never affects a Founding Lifetime you already bought.

Refunds

If Reel Drop isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. After 14 days, monthly payments are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time so you are not charged again. If you get a refund on a Founding Lifetime purchase, your lifetime access ends.

Your content

Your scripts and videos belong to you. Videos are saved on your own device and are never uploaded to us. When you use voice captions, the sound of your take is sent to our speech-to-text service to make your captions and is not kept. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Fair use

Don't use Reel Drop to break the law, to harm others, or to try to get around the paid plans, overload the service or access other people's accounts. Voice captions have a daily allowance to keep the service fast for everyone. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

The service

Reel Drop runs in your web browser, and some features depend on your phone and browser. We work hard to keep it running and to keep improving it, but we provide it "as is" and can't promise it will always be available or error free. Always keep a copy of videos that matter to you. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms as Reel Drop grows. If we make a big change, we will tell you by email or in the app. Using Reel Drop after a change means you accept the new terms.

Texas law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
